What's included
- A full 50- or 70-minute conversation, without hidden extras
- Sessions in English or Danish — whichever feels most like your own
- A private, calming space in central Copenhagen, or a secure online meeting
- Written receipt after each session, in English if requested
- Flexibility to move between in-person and online as your life needs
Payment and cancellations
Payment is made after each session by bank transfer or MobilePay. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged in full, out of respect for both of our time.
For international clients: I can issue detailed receipts in English suitable for reimbursement claims. Some private and international insurance plans cover therapy with an MSc-level therapist — please check with your provider before we start.
Reduced rates and considerations
If cost is a real barrier, please write to me. I keep a small number of reduced-fee slots for people in genuinely constrained circumstances and try to find a workable solution wherever I can.
Frequently asked questions
Are your services covered by the Danish public health system?
No — I work outside the sygesikring system. This means shorter waiting times and a fully independent, existential approach, without diagnostic paperwork.
Do you offer sliding-scale fees?
A small number of reduced-fee slots are available for people in genuinely constrained circumstances. Please write to me and we'll see what's possible.
Do I need to commit to a set number of sessions?
No. You are never tied to a course of therapy. Some people come for three or four sessions; others meet with me over months or years. It's your choice at every point.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or MobilePay after each session. Receipts are provided in English or Danish.
Is therapy tax-deductible in Denmark?
In most cases, private psychotherapy isn't tax-deductible for individuals in Denmark. If your employer covers therapy as part of a health benefit, receipts can be issued in your employer's name.
Do you offer packages or discounts?
I don't sell session packages. My aim is that each conversation stands on its own — and that you continue only for as long as it genuinely serves you.
Let's have a first conversation — free and without obligation
The first step is often the hardest. You are welcome to call, write or book a free 15-minute intro call.
